We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY:

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to service all your racing tire needs. At Hoosier Tire North our number one priority is delivering to you, our valued customer, the highest quality products in a timely manner at the best prices. Our shipping options are offered at check out including, ground, 3 day, 2nd and next day service. Tires (other than oval track dirt or oval track asphalt) can be shipped ONLY to the contiguous lower 48 United States. Oval track tires can NOT be shipped outside of our geographic regions, as defined by Hoosier Racing Tire. Any questions please do not hesitate to call us at 763-428-8780.Thank you again for selecting Hoosier Tire North for all your racing tire needs. Typically, products are shipped via UPS or Speedee Delivery.  In most cases, we will charge a FLAT FEE of $20.00 per tire for shipments. On special needs orders the shipping will be calculated after we received your request with your personal information, shipping address and the requested items with quantity.  Shipping rates listed apply only to those areas within the continental United States.  We do not send to P.O Boxes.   Hoosier Tire North, is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  A UPS or Speedee claim (standard shipments) or claim from the shipment carrier must be filed in order to receive a credit for lost or damaged products.  The merchandise will normally be sent between one and ten business days after Check Out.  No shipping on weekends and holidays (contact for special requests and if service is available in your area).

 RETURN POLICY:

 When you need to return a product to Hoosier Tire North please follow these instructions so we can serve you better.

1.  Call us at 763-428-8780

2.  Have your invoice number ready. You must have a copy of your original receipt to be able to return merchandise.

3.  Explain the problem.

4.  Ship item back prepaid and insured via UPS to:

5.  Be sure to enclose a note explaining your reason for the return along with a daytime telephone number so we can contact you if we need to.

6.  Hoosier Tire North reserves the right to refuse any return items if returned items can not be sold as "New".

7.  Refunds do not include freight and are subject to a restocking fee.

8.  No returns on special order items.

9.  All return authorization number expires 30 day from date issued.

10. No returns after 30 days.
